Every listing includes the street address so drive by and take a look. You don't have to talk an agent to check it out from the outside and see if you like the neighborhood.
Rental home owners hire us to get properties leased as quickly as possible. In order to take the home you like off the market, you must complete the leasing application, provide a deposit and sign a lease. Owners may have flexibility, but generally will lease to prospective tenants that can move in within two weeks.

To submit your Rental Application Form, simply go to AVAILABLE RENTALS, find the property you'd like to rent and click APPLY ONLINE. A non-refundable $45 application fee per adult (18 yrs or older) is charged with all applications to cover the cost of credit and background checks.

Pet Policy
Some owners allow pets, and some do not. Each rental home listing states whether or not pets are allowed. Additionally, different cities have different requirements regarding pets in rentals, and we will always abide by those requirements. This could include include registering your pet with the city and providing pedigree/vaccination documents, depending on the kind and breed of animal.

No "dangerous breeds" or pets with known dangerous behavioral patterns are allowed in any rental homes managed by Allegiant Property Management.
